Position: Partner and CEO
Graduated in International Relations, Political Science, Law and MBA from Business School SP. He is certified in the Leadership Development Program (Harvard Business School) and Reputation and Crisis Management (Stanford Business School). With a solid 20-year corporate career at Ambev, he has led the RIG and Responsible Consumption Board for the last decade. He was president of the National Beer Industry Union (Sindicerv), VP of the Brazilian Food Industry Association (ABIA), the Brazilian Soft Drinks Industry Association (ABIR) and Director of the Beer and Society Committee at the Latin American Cerveceros, in Miami/USA. Specialist in building strategic planning, defining KPIs, managing reputational and political crises through the integration of public affairs and public relations.

Position: Arrow's Political Director
Director of Policy at FSB Holding, journalist, political analyst and communications consultant. Columnist for Poder 360 and Bússola Exame.
Position: Political Director of FSB Comunicação
Managing partner and political analyst at FSB Holding, he was Special Secretary of Communication for the Presidency of the Republic from 2016 to 2018. He coordinated the press office of the Chamber of Deputies in 2009 and 2010 and has worked as a journalist and consultant in Brasilia for 25 years.
Directors
Position: Partner and Director of RIG and Management
Political scientist and lawyer with over 18 years' experience in institutional and government relations. She has worked in large law firms and in the corporate affairs area of Philip Morris Brasil. She is the Legal Director of the Institute of Government Relations (IRELGOV). She leads the government relations sector at FSB Comunicação and structured the transition to founding Seta Solutions, an FSB Holding company. As a senior executive, she has played an outstanding role in client portfolio management, strategic planning for complex regulatory debates, multi-stakeholder engagement, risk/crisis management and leading a diversified team.
Position: Director of RIG
Journalist with a postgraduate degree in Institutional Relations and Public Management from IBMEC. She graduated from UnB and did a sandwich course at the Université Grenoble Alpes in France. For more than two decades, she has closely followed behind-the-scenes politics in Congress, the Planalto and the STF. In her career as an investigative reporter, she has won or been a finalist for the most important awards in the Brazilian press (Tim Lopes, Vladimir Herzog, MPT, Esso, República and CNT). As director of government relations, she develops clients' strategies for managing reputational crises and complex public affairs and public relation projects, always with a focus on scenario analysis and political intelligence.
Position: Director of Political Strategy
Lawyer and professor of legislative process, with solid experience in institutional relations and working in the National Congress for over 20 years. In the private sector, he led the IGR departments of multinationals and large companies in the technology and infrastructure sectors. He began his career as a political consultant at Seta and, thanks to his acumen, was promoted to Director of Political Strategy, where he will work across sectors, offering a multisectoral vision to the portfolio's projects.
A political scientist and lawyer with a master's degree in Law and Public Policy, she is a director at Seta Public Affairs Solutions, FSB Holding's institutional and government relations company. She has worked as director of the Extraordinary Secretariat for Tax Reform at the Ministry of Finance, chief of staff at the Federal Senate and executive manager at the National Confederation of Industry.
Managers
Position: Management and Quality Manager
Lawyer, specialist in Public Law, Executive Environmental Management and Defense Studies. Senior executive at RIG with an 18-year career based on technical and political relationships with public authorities. She was Director of Programs, President of the Sector Council and National Secretary in the federal government, parliamentary advisor to political leaders in the National Congress. In the private sector, she has taught, structured and led IGR departments in consultancies and third sector organizations. At Seta, she works on strategic planning for IGR, government intelligence, crisis management, risk analysis, advocacy and cross-sector coordination of sustainability and human rights projects. Thanks to her managerial profile, she has added the role of developing demanding quality criteria in team management, customer service and technical production.
Position: Service Manager
Journalist and lawyer with a consolidated career in RIG for over 13 years, with experience in Public Relations and Institutional Marketing. He specializes in building political strategies for various sectors such as energy, consumer goods, household appliances, fuels, chemicals, communications, real estate development, agriculture, food and beverages. At Seta, he started as a Consultant and was promoted to Account Manager thanks to his technical and strategic style.
Position: Service Manager
He holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations and an MBA in Foreign Trade from FGV. He has certification from Embrapa in Bioeconomics and from IPETEC in the fundamentals, regulatory basis and structure of the Brazilian electricity sector. Her more than 10 years of experience in government relations have been marked by representing the interests of four national associations (ABES, ABIVIDRO, ABIA, ABBI), and by acting as secretary of the Mixed Parliamentary Front for Innovation in the Bioeconomy. Finally, he worked on the Brazil-US agenda, coordinating the government relations area of the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham).
Coordination
Position: Service Coordinator
Graduated in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP), he has a 10-year career in government relations. He has experience in monitoring and dealing with the Legislative and Executive Branches, at federal, state and municipal level. He joined FSB Holding as an Institutional and Government Relations Consultant and was promoted to the position of service coordinator.
Position: Service Coordinator
Institutional and Government Relations professional for 13 years. He has experience in the Telecommunications, ICT and Means of Payment sectors. At Seta Solutions, she coordinates issues related to the technology, ICT, retail, tourism and third sectors. She has a bachelor's degree in law from the Catholic University of BrasÃlia and a specialization in IGR for the Corporate Environment from IDP.
Position: Service Coordinator
Journalist and Master in Contemporary Communication, he has worked for SBT and G1, as a producer, reporter, editor and presenter. He was also a member of the Marketing Board team, in Embratur's General Coordination of Public Relations. He was a university lecturer in journalism at UNIP, teaching six subjects. He coordinated the Cunha Vaz (CV&A) team in Brazil, as well as the Brazilian Tourism Offices (EBT) in Europe under the management of CV&A. She joined FSB Holding as Institutional and Government Relations in the private sector and currently coordinates accounts for Seta Public Affairs Solutions.
Position: Service Coordinator
Lawyer and political scientist with over 16 years' experience in government relations in the public and private sectors. She has worked as a parliamentary advisor and coordinator of the Constitution and Justice Committee in the Federal District Legislative Chamber. She worked as a technical social policy analyst in the Federal Public Defender's Office and in the National Health Council, building the regulatory agenda. She has coordinated institutional action between entities and unions in the field of education and technology. Since 2023 she has been part of Seta Public Affairs Solutions as a Government Relations Consultant.
Strategic Consultants
Position: Strategic Crisis Consultant
Journalist with a specialization in Journalism and Society from UnB and lecturer in Political Marketing Analysis courses. She has led corporate communications for health companies and large communications agencies. In the public sphere, she was a parliamentary advisor in the National Congress, coordinated the communications departments of the Public Ministry of the Federal District and Territories and the Ministry of Tourism. She has worked for Gazeta Mercantil and Correio Braziliense, where she won the Ayrton Senna Journalism Award. She has expertise in image and crisis management in RIG, communication training in a power environment, strategic planning in PA and PR, media training, public speaking and political coaching.
Position: Strategic Congress Consultant
A business administrator with a postgraduate degree in Political Science, she has 20 years' solid experience as an IGR professional, working in all spheres and levels of government. She has extensive knowledge of public policy and has worked in the creation and structuring of institutional and government relations departments, with significant results in regulatory and legislative agendas in the tobacco, mining, energy and telecommunications sectors. She is currently responsible for strategic relations with the National Congress and the Federal Executive in terms of mapping stakeholders and articulating agendas.
